What is a Fly-In?
It's four days of hangin' out with new and old friends and hydrofoiling as much as possible. It's not necessary to own a boat or a hydrofoil to attend a Fly-In. If you're interested and just want to see one in person, then come on down! There are always plenty of boats, hydrofoils and great people willing to teach someone new.

You'll find that most hydrofoilers enjoy teaching a "newbie" as much as they enjoy landing their hardest trick.

WAVE NOIZE WKE SERIES - RESCHEDULED
May 14 & 15, 2011 - JUNE 17-19, 2011

Wave Noize and www.crubu.com have partnered to benefit Victory Junction May 14-15 at the beautiful Magnolia Bay on Lake Norman for the first Wave Noize Wake Series to raise money for the kids at camp. Anyone who joins Crubu to raise money for Victory Junction will be entered into the raffle of prizes donated by Wave Noize, Crubu, boat dealers, vendors and sponsors attending the event. A list of raffle prizes will be listed here... as the event progresses. The fundraiser begins January 14 and ends May 15 in the Crubu mall with everyday purchases.

Helping us reach our $50,000 donation goal is very simple. People interested in raising funds for Victory Junction simply sign-up to become members of 'Crubu Nation' for free at www.crubu.com. After that, all they have to do is shop through Crubu's online mall. Anything purchased raises money for Victory Junction. It's as simple as that.

Our revenue-sharing partnerships have provided us with an endless list of vendors such as Target, Bass Pro Shops and Belk. Everything a Crubu member purchases through the online mall is eligible for a percentage of the purchase to be rebated by that store back to Crubu. From there Crubu passes that rebate back to Victory Junction. Therefore, through the "strength in numbers" philosophy, by doing what they'd normally do every day (shopping), members are fundraising for Victory Junction. With so many potential participants, the fundraising is truly limitless. Thank you for your support!

Theres Only One Way To Celebrate Saturday Night, And Thats To Throw A Huge Party! The Only Place To Party Is At The Biggest Bar On Lake Norman, River City Bar and Grill!

There Will Be Drink Specials, Beautiful Bartenders, A Bikini Contest, And The Chris Lane Band! Chris Lane was born and raised in Kernersville, NC but has made his way to Nashville and onto your radio! His song "Too Tennessee" has been played around the country and even on XM!

Doors open at 7 for this awesome party, and the band will start about 9:30! Come join us raise some money at the WakeBoard competition and then hang with the Pros at River City Saturday night!

Are you ready for some fun in the sun? Lake Norman Spring Fest will be on Saturday May 7th, 2011 from 2-9pm at Kenton Place in the field next to The Dirty Martini and will include regional bands, local musicians, a cornhole tournament, and tradeshow/expo for area businesses. This is the event that brings the community together giving everyone a chance to hear local music, play cornhole, and advertise our business inexpensively. The festival will be promoted on local radio stations, online with social media, and through flyers. Charities are welcome to advertise for free.

This event is meant to bring the community together and is a chance for businesses to advertise, meet, and greet individuals and families in the community. There will be a Moon Bounce and the White Lightning gymnastics bus for kids to play on or in. Please no pets!

The Bands are headlined by Simplified, Pursey Kerns, and Early Ray along with local singer/songwriters providing some entertainment as well.

Tickets pricing are as follows:
General Admission: $10 per person.
Children accompanied with parents are admitted free.

Cornhole Tickets*: $20.00 per person.

* The Cornhole tournament maximum will be 128 teams or 256 participants. It will be a single or double elimination tournament that is based on the number of participants. Top 4 teams will win a cash prize based on number of teams. For example, 70 teams = $500 to winner, $125 for second place, and $50 for third place and $25 for fourth place. There is a possibility for more teams to be paid but it will be determined by the number of participants. Cash prizes will be determined later.

Music will be from 2:00-9:00 pm. Cornhole participants and trade show participants must arrive by Noon to sign in, set up, and prepare to start the tournament. Please pre-register.
